MiseChef Studio ("we," "us," "our") provides custom-branded operational platforms for personal chefs. These terms govern your use of our website at misechef.studio and any services we provide.

2. Services

We build, deploy, and maintain custom-branded platforms for personal chef businesses. Each platform is deployed at a subdomain of your choosing (e.g., app.yourbusiness.com) and includes features such as menu management, client ordering, billing, messaging, and kitchen prep tools.

3. Pricing and payment

Our services are offered at the prices listed on our website. Setup fees are one-time payments due before work begins. Monthly care plan fees are billed on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD.

4. No contracts or lock-in

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your monthly care plan at any time. Upon cancellation, we will provide a full export of your data. Your data is always yours.

5. Your data

All client data, menus, orders, and business information entered into your platform belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We maintain regular backups to protect against data loss.

6. Hosting and uptime

We host your platform on industry-standard infrastructure and make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime. We handle security patches, backups, and platform updates as part of the monthly care plan. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes related to operating a personal chef or food service business. You are responsible for the content you and your clients enter into your platform.

8. Limitation of liability

MiseChef Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
